Mark Tanton – Co-Founder and CEO
Mark co-founded Mach8zero from a deep knowledge of aviation and an interest in the diversity of the industry. Hard work and determination have turned the dream of a multifaceted aviation services company into a reality.
He has grown the company to where it is today, and now oversees the management of all divisions while planning further expansion.
Before co-founding Mach8zero, Mark flew commercially for more than 20 years and amassed over 14000 flight hours worldwide on the B737 and B777.
He has spent many years as an instructor and examiner together with holding airline management positions.
Paul Vincent- Director
Paul is an insurance expert and has been involved in insurance broking for more than 40 years.
He has visited 76 countries to carry out insurance and reinsurance work and has been an expert witness on numerous matters including contracts with and without aggregate extension clauses, industrial illness and arbitration.
He is immensely well respected in the insurance industry and brings a wealth of experience to Mach8zero.
Alexandra Kempys – Co-Founder and Director of Client Relationship
Alexandra co-founded Mach8zero following a successful career in investment banking and asset management. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in both law and Public Relations and heads up our Client Relationship team across all divisions of the Mach8zero Group.

Directed and managed by a team of experienced professionals at Sovereign Trust.
The team consists of lawyers, accountants and seasoned administrators who ensure good corporate governance is maintained in respect of Mach8zero’s Guernsey operations.
We are a forward-thinking aviation services company, providing fresh and curated aviation solutions globally.
Mach8zero was founded in 2017 with a vision to provide a diverse range of aviation services under one roof.
With so many areas of aviation connected, it seemed unnecessarily complicated for a client to contact multiple companies to service their needs.
Our extensive knowledge of the aviation industry, together with our innovative and unique approach to industry solutions, has enabled us to expand our business and we now have a comprehensive range of services available to offer our clients.
The growth in services naturally led to an expansion of our office locations in order to assist our clients globally. We now have offices in London, Guernsey, Malta and Hong Kong, meaning we are perfectly placed to furnish the global needs of the aviation industry.
At Mach8zero we don’t believe in standing still, and we continue to expand with our drive to become the ‘go-to’ aviation services provider worldwide.
